We have been in the wheel repair and restoration business since 1973.

At Woody's Wheel Works, we believe in the art of the wheel.

Such an important part of the locomotion process deserves the attention of true craftsmen. We are committed to providing our customers with the ultimate in wheel services and products along with superior customer service and satisfaction.
Knowledge gathered in our racing endeavors over the years is passed on to our customers in the form of continuing innovation and creativity applied to our daily work. Woody has always had a love for motorcycle racing, #11 was a force to be reckoned with on the track. Although he no longers haunts the circuit on his own bike, he still sponsers racers in several categories. This connection to the track fuels the continuing search for better ways to accomplish the goal; stronger, safer, better.

We understand what makes wheels work.

Who are we?

T.G. "Woody" Witte

Woody has been practicing the art of the wheel since 1973. His approach to the process was forged by his experience in Marine Corps aviation, where excellence is the standard.
"In the Corps, I had to fly in the aircraft I worked on, so I had to make sure they were 100%. There was no way I was going to go up in something that had less than a 100% chance of coming back".
He takes the same approach to wheels.
"I won't let a wheel out of here that I wouldn't race on myself. It's the only way I know."
In his years as a road racer and sponser of racers, Woody developed the concept of changing the lace pattern on spoked wheels to eliminate breakage. The concept of SuperLacing was born and bred on the racetracks of Colorado and eventually the world.
"I still have guys racing on wheels I built years and years ago. SuperLace is my gift to the motorcycle world - a world that has brought me so much."

Chris Witte

Chris practically grew up in the shop. He's been around the wheel business all of his life. A recent grad of Boulder, the "prodigal son" has returneth, and his knowledge combined with his excellent customer service skills is an integral part of the WWW team.

Toby Dearmore

Toby comes to us from the world of BMW motorcycles. As handy with a wrench as a tire iron, Toby is our mechanical fix-it wiz as well as performing wheel prep and tire changing duties. If it needs doing, he'll get 'er done.

Anh Tran

A native of Vietnam, who recently gained U.S. citizenship, Anh is our other master wheelsmith with the skills to repair even the ugliest of damaged wheels. Anh consistantly cranks out beatifully restored wheels from bent and broken ones. His specialty is alloy wheels, getting amazing results from the judicious applications of heat, leverage, and knowledge. Bringing damaged wheels back to within manufacturers specs is part science and part art, and people with skills like Anh's are unfortunately a vanishing breed.
